To quote the letter, "please be advised that this repair is deemed chargeable due to damage or a software issue... will not be covered by the 1 year warranty as stipulated in the terms and conditions". Unusual as the system was sent out with these issues. Thanks for your help Ryan.
  • Sorry for the late reply, I've been busy with work. Well I sent it off to Acer to get repaired. Got a letter back today saying they want to charge me £280 to get it fixed. I had the machine for a couple of days and it didn't work correctly from the get go. I'm not paying that, no sir. I only paid £250 in the first place.…
