Thanks for your suggestion. I think the problem is come from the wifi card and its driver. I cannot use the wifi device, not cannot connect the router. I am afraid the setting of the router is not the reason. Moreover, the Bluetooth also not function when the wifi card not working.

Thanks. I’ve downloaded already and the driver functioned, the WiFi ok. However, few mins later, it’s not work again. i found if the wifi not working, the Bluetooth not working as well.... Really tired on this case.... Is there refund policy in Hong Kong?

Thanks mate. I’ve been there and the service center helped me to reinstall the system. But only works for few days and the problem happened again. Is this possible to check by myself without open the back cover?

Hi, I’ve installed several versions of the driver like the original 21.60.2.1, 21.90.3.2 and 21.110.1.1. And I experienced the same problem with all of them. Now, I returned to use 21.90.3.2 which sometimes works but most of the time not.

Thanks for your comment. Although my router not support 160MHz channel width, I think 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz router still can be used, right. I am afraid this is the problem with the hardware.

I have the same problem. Returned to service center and get back after repaired. Worked for few days and crushed again. Who can help????
