Finally got the window to open but computer wouldn't boot. After several attempts including trying to do a restore. Had to do a reset unfortunately loss a lot of apps. I did have a backup which included pictures. Thnx for your help.

I try to left click on the windows button bottom left, but nothing happens. I right click and a menu comes up, but no settings button. Should I be stating the computer in Safety Mode?

Also, if your monitor/screen doesn’t have HDR, then the bug will not affect you! If, however, you’ve recently updated to Windows 11 24H2, then it's probably a good idea to figure out a few ways to turn off Auto HDR, and avoid crashing your favorite games. So, if you’re looking to figure out what’s causing this freezing, or maybe you’re just curious about Windows 11 Auto HDR, then you’re in the right place. If you follow these steps and don't see the Auto HDR toggle, then your display doesn't have HDR features, meaning that something unrelated to Auto HDR is making your games freeze and glitch.
