  • Hi, my Acer model is V3-371-72A2 I am not sure if the problem existing in Windows 8 or not because it was upgraded to Windows 10 by the retailer before I brought it home. Okay, I will try to remove the wireless adapter from device manager and let it re-detect it from a restart.
