I have the same problem in one place where I live in, so its probably the routers fault, I think somehow router itself (while on WiFi) is older than my laptop internet drivers, and that is causing the problem. So I using internet there with cabel directly connected to router..But in other places its ok, no limited access.

In device manager were both, GT640 and 4000 video cards. Yea, I think it helps. Well, did some unistalls, and installs and now systemrequirements lab says I have 2 gb, as it should be. Thanks for you two
