I tried charging at different power outlets. In fact, there is no issue with charging. The device can be comfortably charged up to 100%. The only problem is that the laptop is simply refusing to turn on. I also closely observed if there is any sign of working (like the sound of the internal fan) , but nope. So, in short…

I believe (though not sure) the problem isn't with the battery, as I was able to charge the device to 100%. A reason why I am not able to switch on might be that the power key ( a part of the keypad itself) would have become defective. Could be a possibility . Thank you
