  • Hello All, at long last, Acer have sent me a Cheque for the full cost of the Tablet. This was handled by their INFOTEAM here in the UK. A very helpful Marnie handled the procedure. All I hope now is that the Cheque does not bounce. [edited for privacy]
  • Sent them an E-mail this morning as requested (2 days after their Escalation of a Replacement Tablet). Had a reply back within 1 hour stating """""that they have ordered a new Tablet from their Suppliers and will E-mail me when they have it for Delivery""""" Why don't I have any satisfaction to this reply????

They are saying that they have escalated the request for a replacement Tablet and for me to contact them on Thursday as they say it will take 1 business day to progress.   • Hi, thanks for the reply. They have had the Tablet for repair since 16 September 2013. They kept telling me that it was with the repair dept and will take 2 Business Days to fix then nom more E-mail Updates
