First of all thanks a lot!!! Your suggestion worked. Turns out the problem was in a third party ram stick i had installed (ADATA) in the secondary slot. After removing it, everything is working fine and if I put it back in then I get a Black Screen. So I'm guessing that I have the stick is toast and I have to get a new one?
