It does not show the problem unfortunately, and if updating the BIOS is risky I'd rather not take the risk. I have decided to try and get it replaced because I still have the warranty. Thankyou for te advice and I'm seriously hoping it gets replaced. And yes the problem still occurs up to now

Unfortunately it didn't work, but a good thing is, recently it hasnt froze again. From my observation, the unit usually freezes when after I open my laptop, I instantly open apps like chrome and whatnot, but now I haven't done that and let it wait for about a minute before I actualy use it and because of that the issue…

Yes that's what I did first, then after the reset I upgraded my Nvidia drivers, so far those 2 are the only fixes Ive made

I believe I am, it has a warranty of two months, so I still have time, but while I still cant replace it I want to try fix it so I wouldnt have to get it replaced to the store where we bought it which is a 3 hours drive
