Ok, I'll check the tutorial, thanks! I must say that last night the laptop came with the same problem hibernating it by the options in the Home menu. Before I said that by this way I can avoid the problem but seems like not. Maybe that detail can help.

After a couple more of tests, I realiced that the problem is not when Windows turn off the screen and swift to innactivity period, is when Windows turn off the laptop for innactivity. I waited for Windows turn off the screen and inmediatley I move the mouse or press some keys and the screen turn on inmediatley, instead…
