  • All it says is: High Definition Audio Device. Along with the NVIDIA High Definition Device. Nothing else. I have looked and looked on the internet about my motherboard and soundcard and all info I seem to find is that it is integrated. SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB.

  • I did a bios default as you recommended. The issue still persists. Should I try download: https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software as a last attempt? Even though I don't know if I have realtek. Seems to be integrated.
  • I uninstalled "High Definition Audio Device" it did not solve the problem. :(I followed your steps on bios default but its not working. F2 Doesn't do anything. I have Windows 10. I have tried with both a USB cable and normal chord cable. It's definitly not the audio plug/jack.
