Why am I unable to connect my Air Monitor to my mobile device?
Try the instructions below if your Air Monitor is unable to connect to your smartphone.
- Reset the Wi-Fi: Press and hold the function button on the top of the Acer Air Monitor for 5 seconds until you hear a long “beep”.
- Verify your smartphone hardware and operating system support Bluetooth v4.0 LE or above.
