Aspire Switch 10 and Switch 11 camera does not work after Windows 10 upgrade

How can I get my webcam to work after upgrading to Windows 10?

A Windows 10 update in November 2015 caused users to experience problems using their camera. A Windows update has been released with a patch to resolve this issue. It is recommended that you install this update or use the instructions below to download and install the camera patch.

Visit the Drivers and Manuals section of the Acer support website.
Enter your Serial Number/SNID or search for your product by Model.
Select the Patch tab.
Click the Download link for the file you want to download. (Fix camera function fail after upgrade to Win10 TH2)
Unzip the downloaded file and follow the instructions in the file named How to update ISP driver.pdf.
