Touchpad and Windows Key toggle button on Predator notebooks

How do I enable and disable the touchpad and Windows Key on the Acer Predator G9-591 and G9-791?

You can push the button to the right of the touchpad to enable or disable the touchpad and Windows key on your Predator notebook. You will see an indicator on the screen showing the status of the touchpad and Windows key when the toggle button is pressed. The button by the touchpad will illuminate green when the touchpad and Windows key are enabled, and red when they are disabled. You can see the location of the toggle button and an example of the on-screen indicators below.

Note: You can use the key combination FN + F7 to disable just the touchpad. This key combination will not disable the Windows key.
