How do I get airplane mode to work after a Windows 10 reset?

The Airplane mode hotkey combination (Fn+F3) will not respond after a reset of Windows 10. Acer has released an update to all impacted customers via the Acer Care Center application. Use the steps below to launch Acer Care Center and install the update.

Type Acer Care Center in the search box and select Acer Care Center from the search results.
Select Update.
Choose and install the update labelled "Airplane mode hotkey enhancement".
