Windows 10: Add a new user account

How do I add a new user account?

Use the following steps to create a new local user account:

Click the Start Menu and select Settings .
Select Accounts.
Click Family & other users.
Select the type of account you wish to create (family member or someone else) and follow the onscreen instructions.

Note: You must be logged in as an administrator to add new accounts.
