Windows 10: Change the size of text and icons

How can I change the size of the text and icons?

You can adjust the size of text and icons to make them larger or smaller.

Type Control Panel in the search box.
Click on Control Panel.
Click Display
Click set a custom scaling level.
Change the scaling option to your desired setting and click OK.
Click Apply. Your changes will show when you log out and log back in.
