Why can I not see the 6 GHz band on my Acer Predator Connect W6?
There are two reasons why you might not see the 6 GHz band on your Acer Predator Connect W6.
1) Device does not support 6 Ghz
In order to see the 6GHz band, you need to have a device that supports Wi-Fi 6E (6^GHz). If a device does not support Wi-Fi 6E, you will only see the 2.4 GHz and 5GHz band.
2) Signal interference
The 6GHz band may also not be visible if the signal is interfered by walls or other objects. If you are using a Wi-Fi 6E supporting device and the 6GHz band is not visible, make sure to use the device closer to the router.
To optimize the Wi-Fi signal, you can use the antenna calibration feature of the Acer Predator Connect W6. For more information on the antenna calibration feature, refer to How to Calibrate the Antennas of Your Acer Predator Connect W6.
