How to track internet usage
- Click on Start ⊞ and select Settings ⚙ , or use Windows + I to quickly open Settings.
- Select Network & internet.
- Choose Advanced network settings from the right pane.
- Under the More settings section, select Data usage to display your data usage.
You can now view the data usage you have used for the last 30 days at the top-left corner and you will see a break down of data used by each application. You can also switch between wired and wireless network modes to see how much data each connection type has used.
