Why am I not able to see any Windows 11 power and battery settings?

If the Windows 11 Power & battery setting page is not displaying any information, you need to check if there are any Windows 11 updates available. For instructions on how to check for Windows updates, see Windows 11: How to Check for Windows Updates. This issue has been resolved in updates that were posted after the initial Windows 11 release.
