Windows 11 Home Requires an Internet Connection and Microsoft Account for Setup

Can I setup Windows 11 without an internet connection?

Windows 11 Home requires an active internet connection for first time setup. You will need to make sure you are connected to the internet and use a Microsoft account to setup your system. You will not be able to create a local account during setup with Windows 11 Home like you could in previous versions of Windows. Windows 11 Pro does allow for setup without an internet connection.
