A video driver conflict may cause some systems with Apollo Lake processors to lockup or freeze. A driver update is being posted on our support site to resolve this issue. - Visit the Drivers and Manuals section of the Acer support website.
- Enter your Serial Number/SNID or search for your product by Model.
- Select Driver.
- Click the Download link for the file you want to download (Intel VGA driver 126.96.36.19946 or newer).
