Unable to Control Brightness After Windows Update

A recent Windows update (version 1803) may install an NVIDIA driver that does not allow you to adjust the display brightness. We recommend installing the latest Windows updates" target="_blank to resolve this issue. If you do not want to update Windows, you can download and install the latest NVIDIA VGA driver from the Acer Drivers and Manuals page.
