Video playback shows a green screen after installing Windows update (1803)

This article only applies to: Predator PH315-51, PH317-52, Nitro AN515-52, AN515-53, Aspire A715-72G and A717-72G models.

SYMPTOMS

Some users have reported a green screen when playing video after updating to the latest version of Windows 10 (1803). Video will appear as a solid green color as shown below.

SOLUTION
You can resolve this issue by downloading and installing Intel VGA driver (23.20.16.5018).

Download Intel VGA driver (23.20.16.5018).
Unzip the file when it has finished downloading.
Run the file igxpin.exe to install the driver.
