Why is my Alexa shortcut not working?

If your shortcut to Alexa is no longer working, you can use the steps below to create a new shortcut.

Type File Explorer in the Windows search box and launch the File Explorer.
Select This PC.
Select Acer (C:).
Select Program Files (x86).
Select Amazon.com.
Select Amazon.
Right-click on the file Alexa.exe and select Create shortcut.
Select Yes to create the new shortcut on your desktop.
