battery not work after hard replace predator G9-591

hi
my system is predator  G9-591
i changed my hdd to 2T ( ST2000LM015-2E8174 ) after this change my battery stoped working
i reset  battery 5 times  but it not work
in windows it say : 95% available ( plugged in )
but when i disconnect  power it stop working;
power sign is also of ( power led is turned off )
what can i do?

    Try to update battery driver.

    i remove this 2 device from device manager multi times and restart the windows
    but not work
    do you have any special solution for update driver ?

    It may be that you did not set the BIOSS option correctly after changing the motherboard battery, which caused the system to fail to find the hard disk information.

    Try to unplug the battery and wait about 5 minutes.
