I have Acer Aspire 3 - A315-23-R63B (bought it 6 months ago) laptop, in normally usage, Internet, Word, Youtube .etc, the temperature is quite high.
Should I change thermal paste? or buy laptop cooler, to get lower CPU temp.
Is that possible the Acer 'factory' used wrong thermal paste? or didn't use thermal paste?
What would you suggest?

Even under stress test, your machine is not even reaching 90*C yet. Accordingly, re-pasting isn't recommended at this time. Maybe in a year or two but only if temperatures consistently reach above 90*C and graphics throttling is apparent. ArcticMX4 or Kryonaut would then be recommended but not now. Jack E/NJ

You think 71*C is high??? Anything below about 94*C under heavy gaming load is normal for these newer  laptops and hotter processors. You need to stress the CPU a lot harder than you posted here to see any hints of throttling behavior. Jack E/NJ
