Hi,
Leave it to dry for a couple of days in a warm place, leave it in a perpendicular position to let any water come out of motherboard, as we don't know how much water seeped through the keyboard you have to keep your fingers crossed that it hasn't damaged the motherboard, you could also try opening it up and remove any water from the motherboard with a dry cloth.0 -

As the above senior says fingers crossed only. we have to wait. most of the countries wont support for warranty also if liquid damage.Accept if its Helpful.0 -
You can also do the "immerse in dry rice" type of drying, to wick the moisture out a little quicker.

Hi Manish1974,
Is your unit turned ON.0 -
PULL YOUR BATTERY! Wiping it off wont help including rice but a hair drier on low power will do more as you will need forced air. It's like a cell phone dropped into water. If the battery was totally dead or out of the phone it could perhaps survive after it is TOTALLY dried out but qater and delicate electronic goodies seldom survive being shorted out by water.
