Acer S243HL and Windows 8

Hello,

 

I have bought upgraded my pc to windows 8 and after that all my games in full screen puts me a black border at 1080p, that doesnt happend at 1680x1050. This is a problem with all the games, not sure if it a grafic drivers problem or a monitor drivers, but I think its monitor cause using same AMD drivers 12.10.

    The S243HL driver is posted on our website under the Driver Downloads link.

    This driver has not changed in some time.

     

    The native resolution of the S243HL is 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz.

     

    You do not list which games you are playing, nor the maximum resolution each game supports.

    It is most likely a settings issue.

     

    Make sure the resolution settings in the games are set to 1920 x 1080 for fullscreen play.

    Hello,

     

    With all games, instead of putting 1080p at 60Hz is going for 59Hz.
