Did you try to reinstall both Intel and Nvidia drivers?

Yes. But the error is still the same. By the way, this laptop only has intel drivers

What is the error listed? Is it a BSOD or just an error in Event Viewer?

its a issue on the graphic card. try rollback driver in device manager. Also Try this

Step 1. Type cmd in the Windows 10 Cortana search box. Right-click the best match Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.

Step 2. In the Command Prompt window, type sfc/ scannow and hit Enter.run System File Checker

Try disabling the two Intel sound devices in Device Manager. Display Audio and SST.
