Monitor EV226HQL. Speaker are not working.

in Monitors
Have rccenlty purchased the Acer monitor Model EV226HQL. Its speakers are not working since starting. I have tried everything but in vain. Does this model have speakers because in datasheet on acer's website , this model has 2 speakers of 2W. please help

    Yes, the datasheet say there is speakers. But when you have close look at it, we dont see physically there is a speakers. I guess there is no speakers but its given in the datasheet

    You have to know which model of the EV226HQL line you have. Acer often offers the same monitor with different ports, with or without speakers, as different models in the same line.

    Hi my nama gana, My monitor having two speakers at starting two weaks it works perfectly, after i connect to computer with my earphones by mice output it stops suddenly I felt very tension and also sound setting are disabled and sound setting are disappear from setting .My monitor model no:EV226HQL Please  🙏 send me any solution for that, thank you..

    Hi Gana,

    It is normal if you connect an earphones the speakers will stop.
