I have an Acer Nitro 5 with Intel i5 9th Gen. It is 6 months old and it has started to show problems. Whenever it is shutdown for longer periods, >20 hours, I cannot start it without connecting to a power cable, even when the battery was fully charged before shutdown. And even after connecting the charger, it behaves abnormally. It starts and reboots at least twice before normally starting. Tell me what should I do?

Firstly, go to device manager and uninstall Battery drivers. After this while powering on the unit keep pressing F2 to enter BIOS.

Now perform BIOS default by pressing F9 and enter, to save and exit press F10 and enter. Post this check if the unit stays powers on without the charger being connected.

I tried this, but it did not fix my issue. I still face the same issue.
