Predator Helios 300 the laptop suddenly froze and now nothing works

Hey! I could use some help, everything was fine as normal, nothing seemed amiss then the laptop suddenly froze and now nothing's working. Now I cannot do anything but sign in and get into bios. Nothing seems to be working suddenly, windows freezes, I can't get in to safe mode through any method (windowsRE doesn't seem to launch, f8 doesn't work.), task manager won't open, windows won't respond, the taskbar and no other windows services work. The command prompt will not open neither will any other hotkey windows. It doesn't connect to the internet either and signing in takes a long time, 5-10 minutes and I'm at a loss. Windows seems to actually be launching, but once signed in nothing works and everything freezes. Any activity of any kind freezes the computer or seems to be loading before freezing again. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Maybe I'm missing something; but at this point even a way to factory reset this thing that can actually be accessed would be appreciated.

Hey I was turning on my computer but when was in my whole taskbar was missing but the dark grey line is there but all the apps are gone including the place where you shut down or restart your computer. I don’t know what’s going on
