I have heating issues. Acer Nitro 5 an515-52

So I have this laptop for like a year and a half. I bought it for Black Friday 2019 (Acer Nitro 5 an515-52). And I constantly have high temperatures. While casually scrolling though my browser i have 65 degrees celsius. It gets worse when I play . While playing VALORANT for example while in discord call my temperatures go to 90. The max was 98 degrees. I have NitroSense and I use it on max all the time. And i have an external cooling pad under my laptop. No entrences or exit of the heat flow are blocked by some object .
Keep in mind that this laptop has a guarantee till october.

Nitro products are engineered to withstand higher operating temperatures than traditional notebooks. These systems include features that help with cooling and heat dispersion. The CPU and GPU are designed to handle temperature spikes in excess of 98 degrees Celsius without causing damage to the components. It is common for PC temperatures to spike temporarily during heavy gaming or graphic usage. If the system encounters excessive temperatures that could damage the hardware, it will automatically shut down to protect the components from becoming damaged. But still you think its overheating than you can call Acer support. Check the link below to call support.

Just keep a routine of blowing off dust from the air vents on the sides, underneath and keyboard once in a while. I just use a cheap can of compressed air to blow them off.

It will help later on if you re-apply new thermal paste during proper maintenance. Where I am, we can just bring the laptop to an authorized service center with our thermal paste and the Acer people will do the work for you free of charge (if it's still under warranty).

I know that it varies from model to model but I wanna know should I change the thermal paste?
