For some reason it won't charge for me and just stays at the exact percentage, any ideas on how to fix it?

    if you run
    powercfg /batteryreport

does it suggest if it thinks the battery health is ok? If it does you could try calbrating it , chanage the power plan so it doesnt suspend when it gets below 10% on ac, let the battery fully die, hold in the battery reset for 10 secs, then put the laptop on chrage and leave it powered off untill it goes blue for fully chraged

I tried that but no luck. Any other theories as to why it won't charge? The frustrating thing is that it says it's charging but just stays at the battery percent.
