Hi Everyone,
I would be grateful if you could help me with this issue.

PART NUMBER: UM.KX3EE.X04
I have noticed few times already, that my monitor is displaying strange "artefacts" on the screen.
They are showing up EVEN without display cable.
I have tried multiple solutions, including changing the cable, interface, I even tried on ANOTHER computer, but the issue remains there.
My first computer I have tested the display on is i7-4790 with GTX 1060 in it, the second one is Ryzen 5 3600 with GTX 1660s inside.
I have the Acer KG241QPbiip, working perfectly fine on both systems, so that's not my hardware issues.
The display was sent to the Acer Service Center, they said they did not find any issue with the monitor (although I have sent them the evidence) and sent it back.
Does anyone know what can I do in this case? Is there any way to get the replacement/fixed by Acer?
The issue is completely random, this is the screen I have sent to Acer (cable not connected, but still showing this "artefact" on the screen, sorry for the dust on screen :) ).

This is the other case when I got the "aftefact":

I don't see any artifacts with those screen shots, Can you take a picture or two showing what you are seeing?

OK, those both look like images are displayed still after the program has shut down, the first as a faint image up at the top of your picture, the second as a stronger ghost in the center of the screen. Am I right? This is a normal occurrence, but only for a short time after an application closes and is typically worse if the brightness is set high. How long do they last on your system?

That ghosting is there for about 30-40 seconds (shortest one), even longer sometimes. Although, when I had the Controller setup on the screen, I had to disconnect the monitor for 5 minutes (power, DP), then plug in, and after that it was still showing up. I decided to ship it to the Service Center, but they said they did not notice any issue whatsoever with the display.

The thing is that it's really irritating when you play multiplayer games and you have to pause to fix the issue by disconnecting the power and DP and waiting for several minutes for the ghosting to disappear.
