Hello I have noticed that my CPU fan runs at max speed even though my CPU temperature does not go higher than 60 degrees celcius.

My CPU fan speed is 1500 RPM even when my cpu is at 35 degrees

You don't say what computer you have. 1500 RPM is a typical minimum speed, 4500 RPM is a typical maximum speed...

Also, is there anyway I can change the fan curve. I have looked through the bios and I cant find anything to do with CPU fan speed.

I don't believe the BIOS on the PO5-600s has any changes available to the fan speeds, other than the Smart Fan enable/disable setting.
