acer SF314 not turning on

in Switch Series

  Hi,
 I have an Acer Swift 3, the blue lamp light is on but the computer doesn't start. I have rebooted the battery botton, tried again and the only thing that happens is that the blue light turns on... If I hold the turn off botton the light doesnt go off, only when I reset the battery small botton. I´ve tried so many steps that I found on this forum, but nothing works.
  Any other possible explanation?

    Which SF314 is it? It should be something like SF314-xxx-xxxx. What procedure did you follow when doing the battery reset?

       Thank you for being available, I finally mannaged to solve it... opened the laptop, ditached the batter and the bios for some minutes and put them back on, only after this procedure I was able to get the computer to come back to life

    Good to hear. On several of these models there is a battery reset pinhole that you can use to do the same thing, hence my question...

        And I´ve done it ut it didn´t work... the only thing that unblocked this was when I detached the bios and attached back on. Either way, thank you very much for the help
