Ram and ssd upgrade Aspire 5 a515 51g 55v

Hello i have a Acer Aspire 5 a515 51g 55vr for 2 years now and im very happy with it,recently i started playing games/coding with it and saw that 8 gb is not enough for gaming/ and though to upgrade to 16 gb ram but i don't know if i should by 3200 mhz or will it support it or should i just go for a single 16 gb 2400mhz ram?
And the other thing i would like to upgrade for 256 gb ssd to 2 tb samsung evo 970?

Hi,
You can use a 16GB DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM module to upgrade because the motherboard supports speeds up to 2133MHz, as for the SSD, I haven't seen anyone installing a 2TB drive, 1TB will be fine.

You can use a 16GB DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM module to upgrade because the motherboard supports speeds up to 2133MHz, as for the SSD, I haven't seen anyone installing a 2TB drive, 1TB will be fine.

For some reasom in cructial website it tells that i can support up to 3200 mhz ?
Probably a marketing to pay more for somethink you cannot use lol
