I have a acer nitro 5 spin and it has a motherboard issue it just starts and stop sometimes go to acer logo and sometimes go to windows and then turns off, so acer engineer ordered a motherboard which will be arriving in few days but my warranty is about to expire in 14 days. So as windows key are tied to motherboard and my motherboard is going to change what will happen to windows 10 home which was provided along with laptop and ms office 2016, will acer provide the key for windows 10 or i have to buy it.

The new motherboard should come with the windows licence baked in.

As for the office key, this is stored on the drive, so that one may go if they do a re install with a base image. You may need to prompt them for one if you havent got a copy of the key, but it also may be fine if they install a factory version of the image!

If office is showing in your account then it should be fine.  Its probabley been added as a owned product to allow you to move it around

As for if they will, unknown, most the people on here are just community members trying to help out  so we cant speak on behalf of acer😊. Some acer staff do hang around here as well but its not a offical support channel.
