I'v tried using the different usb ports. Tried EC reset. Tried charging while in recovery mode. Tried powerwash. In crosh battery_test it said "Battery is discharging (4.06% left). Battery health: 102.58%. Please wait ..."
I'v only had the Acer for 1 month.
How do i solve it?

OK, I believe that is a Swedish version of the CP713-2W? I don't think there is a battery reset pin hole on the bottom, but it sure sounds like the battery is confused as to it's status. Contact Acer support and see what they say. Also check to see if a long press of the power button with the power disconnected gets you a reset, some motherboards support that and some don't.

Solution 1: Use software to refresh the battery.
IBM notebook provides a "Battery MaxiMiser and Power Management" software, through this software we can have a good solution to the incorrect display of battery capacity and shortened battery life. Run this software, the computer will automatically calibrate and discharge the battery according to the status of the battery. When the program ends, you can find that the gap between the actual capacity and the designed capacity of the battery will be smaller (but still exist).
Solution 2: Use firmware to refresh the battery. Some manufacturers embed the battery correction program in the BIOS firmware (such as ASUS), we only need to enter the BIOS to execute the battery correction program when booting.
Solution 3: Replace the battery cell or discharge deeply. If the battery has a problem due to the aging of the battery, we can only solve it by replacing the battery or deep discharge, but these actions may cause the battery to be damaged or unusable, so remember to be careful before doing it. .

@Anandadoda which Spin 713 model do you have? Are you using the stock charger?
