The problem is processor cores are not at fixed frequency and I am having drops due to fluctuations. The reason for this is the temperature. What path should I follow? Apart from cleaning, paste and coolant advice. All is done. There is a Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut paste but temperatures are indistinguishable from stock. He sees 90-95 degrees comfortable in NFS. Does that Kyronaut paste has Certificate of Origin card? If not, that paste might be fake and won't work as expected.

Yes, original. I think I use a little paste and NFS Heat problem is solved. Game files repaired and game runs correctly.
