Unable to register product Swift 3

Hello, I'm from Thailand. I bought Swift 3 today and I was unable to register it. The message keeps telling "This product was registered when it was activated. Check your record on My Products or contact Acer Support for assistance."  How could it have been registered, since I've just bought today?
I used to register the other product before and everything went fine. Any help please, thank you.
