    I'm having the same problem. Laptop is on, keyboard backlight is lit, fan is running, screen is black. I've waited about 20 minutes but nothing changes. I've also powered down and reset the battery but the problem still exists. I also have a Spin SP513. Would appreciate the advice of anyone who's had the same problem and was able to resolve it. Thanks.

    same issue here. did you get this fixed?

    nope, having the same issue and no way to receive help from Acer without paying to chat with them. Seems like a class action type issue to me.
