You should aim to have the same speed and latency ram in both slots, it could be this which is causing the crash. if you install CPU z, what does it say about the speed of the two slots?

both have the same speed latency

They both seem to have been able to be ran at the same speed so it should be fine, It may be worth re-seating it, or booting with one stick only to check they are OK. Failing that, running a memchk is a good option as it will look for any issues with the ram

Wait if 3ds is allready using 24, usuall windows can take 4, and chroumij apps are very memory heavy as well. What is the total in use with everything :)

Did the memcheck show anything after the reseat? And one last q, Do you have the page file turned off?

in this test i turned on paging file there was 3.2gb available 3ds max crashed on 24gb peak memory.
i did use windows memory diagnostics and it shows no errors

When you say turned on paging file, have you changed the size of the system page file?

Also the windows tool isn't able to thoroughly test it, memtest should be able too but it will take an age to complete!

no, the size is managed by windows

I'd deffo do a re-reseat and a memcheck then, it could be a bad stick :(

i did run prim95 stress test and it use only 24gb ram

i did the same test on both ram sticks one by one and the ram usage was 12gb which mean it's 75% of the ram
and when i do the test on 32gb ram it uses 24gb ram and it's 75% of the ram , i think windows reserve 8gb for intel gpu or other things idk

It does reserve ram but it shouldnt cause the crash which is the weird thing

when i run prim95 it doesnt crash .
and in 3ds max while im doing a simulation when the ram usage hit 24gb it crash , maybe windows 10 doesnt allow to use more than that because it reserve 8gb for itself and the igpu

hey, how are you able to run 2666 mhz ram! i thought the max speed for this processor was 2400 !
also noticed that your new stick is only single rank!
