Acer Helios 300 Keyboard not "responsive" enough

The keys on my laptop when I push them down if I remove a little pressure even though the whole button is still down it will stop counting as being held down. I personally think it is a mechanical problem with the connections not being good enough. Should I send the computer in for repair, and if I do will they even notice the issue? Or is this just the norm for the Laptop and every Helios 300 is like this.

a button has only two levels - pressed and depressed - there is no intermediate thing as "little pressure". As long as the button is down, it should repeat characters. Looks like you have a defective unit.

My friend, while it is true for THAT laptop, as somebody who owns the Helios 700 with Magforce keys, I beg to differ slightly ;)

    Magforce keys?

OP has a Helios 300, and to my knowledge, 300 does not have Magforce keys.

That's why I wrote "THAT" laptop in capital letters.;)

You made a general statement, I gave a general answer and even excluded THAT laptop (I already sound like IGN, lol)

anyway just tried in on my helios 300 I think its normal if its design the other way in that a little pressure don't disengage the key  other people will complain about that too. I its just a matter of design decision and I think I can get use to it.
Tips 1: For gaming laptop make sure before you shut down especially after a heavy gaming session to let it cool down for at least 10min before you switch it off!

I have this exact problem. I can press a corner of a key and it doesn’t register at all. On the other hand, my $300 Lenovo and second hand basic computer keyboard do not have this problem. 😕
