My Predator Triton 500 PT 515 52 underperforms in some sessions

I have been getting sessions where the games just dont run as they should. The games are working, but its like my laptop is underperforming.

An example is when i play valorant, i usually get around 200-240fps at max settings. However, in these underperforming sessions, the game runs only on 50-90fps . My external monitor is 144hz, and i dont have vsync on, so i dont think thats the problem. This happens not only in valorant, but in other games too. ive been using throttlestop to undervolt everytime i turn my laptop on, so i dont think this is the problem. and also my laptop is plugged, fully charged, and in high performance mode while these underperforming sessions happen. I usually restart my laptop when these happen, most of the time it will solve it, but sometimes it takes 2-3 restarts.

Any ideas on how do i deal with this problem? Thanks

Your laptop has a throttling problem. Turn on the Log File option in ThrottleStop and go play a game for at least 15 minutes. Make sure the log includes information from when your laptop is going through one of these throttling episodes. When finished testing, exit the game and then exit ThrottleStop so it can finalize your log file. Attach the log to your next post. Also post some screenshots of how you have ThrottleStop setup. You can also copy and paste the log file data to http://www.pastebin.com/  and then post a link here

this prompts as its limits. this is while throttlestop is not on, so no undervolting nor underclocking.
