The AN515-51G keyboard is manufactured by integrating it into the upper case. While it's possible to replace the keyboard separately, the labor involved would take even longer.  Jack E/NJ

Google ACER part number "6B.GP4N2.001" for the US international 103-key assembly for a possible vendor closest to Bengaluru. It is probably the most-available version. Again, this is the whole top assembly including the hand rest. Jack E/NJ

It is a MAJOR JOB installing the keyboard only. But it can be done. And if have a technician do it for you, the time charge would easily exceed the cost of the assembly Here's the video of what you're up against. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjwm5zHoefkAhWQmuAKHV6_C1QQwqsBMAB6BAgKEAQ&url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHC34Tl7PAw&usg=AOvVaw2rtDjTu6vVtLm3ZwPIN70O

Google the part number for the keyboard only "NSK_AY1PW". It fits your model as well as many other.

My son got an Aspire R7-371T in 2015, and the keyboard started with intermittent problems in two years. Some keys responded very slowly, some not working at all. Shame on Acer's keyboard design and QC. This R7-371T laptop has a really good flip screen, but the keyboard is really really flimsy!

On my son's laptop, these were the keys with problems:  \,m,Ctrl, Fn, win, Alt, space bar

I have tried everything online to fix the keyboard, but nothing worked. Here was what I did that worked for me:

I used the following websites to test the keyboard:

    https://www.onlinemictest.com/keyboard-test/

    https://zhouer.org/KeyboardTest/

I found out that ESC key would stay on during the test. So, I took it out and clean the contact to make sure it's not stuck. But, it was not the issue. Even if the key is stuck, if you press another key, it automatically disengages the ESC key. After lots of trial and error, I found out the circuit passing from Backspace to “\” down to “m” was the problem. So, I pressed down really hard on the Backspace to make sure the circuit would pass through “\” - “m” and all other keys along the Space Bar. This fixed my problem. And it's been working. Acer, please fix your keyboard issues! My other laptop C314 had the same problem! Cheap keyboard!

Really Shame on Acer's keyboard and QC team. I bought Acer aspire 5 A515 51G series laptop one year back and within 3-4 months keyboard suddenly stopped working. That keyboard was replaced by the Acer technician with the whole palmrest changed. And later on when the warranty was just expired again the keyboard was not working. I was helpless because the warranty period was just expired. Acer should be responsible for taking a initiative to clear the keyboard issues to all their models and come up with a solution to all the existing customers who had this bad experience including me.

Therefore I am requesting Acer's team to provide the original keyboards with proper QC to all the existing customers who are facing this issues. Looking forward for your positive response.

I brought an A515-51G series for $900 and it seems like have too source replacement parts myself online to diagnose the manufacture errors because it is out of warranty and it hasn't worked since June 2020 and I got it new in April 2018 (The retailer who sold me it said it's out of warranty so they don't want to help me).

The problem probably has something to do with the connectors they use on the keyboard so you might be able to try replacing only that instead of a whole new keyboard if it's cheaper, but that's where I'm at too, hacking open the keyboard to replace it or that connector.

The technicians are right when they say the cost for them to repair it independently would be prohibitive, It has probably been a relative price to pay the tech $250 for their diagnosis and opinion on this issue, and then buy two identical refurbished laptops from another manufacturer months for $300 each, salvaged the Acers 1TB HDD and one came with an 128GB SSD. I only purchased the A515 for the MX graphics and didn't realise I probably wont be able to salvage it because it's soldered in or something idk, these one have the integrated Intel HD and I also miss the nice screen on the Acer.

I'm going to read this more thoroughly some time and give it a shot, I've tried similar hacks for ram plate button.
