A pattern like that is usually an internal hardware fault in the keyboard. There is a matrix of layers that a keypress pushes into contact with each other to generate the position of the key being pressed, if it's either not making contact or the wiring is broken between there and the keyboard smarts you will get that symptom. Which SF314-54 color do you have (silver, red, pink, blue)? Which language is it for?
