SB230 Bbix has a strange pattern/grid

Just purchased this monitor brand new off amazon. I noticed that certain colors like blue, orange, yellow show this grid pattern.

Here is an example of what I'm seeing. If you look at the blue icons, you can see they have the grid pattern. So does the desktop background. The monitor is connected via DisplayPort to HDMI adapter cable. It's running off MSI 5600 XT GPU.

    I realized that you guys will not see the issue on your monitors from the screenshot. So I took a picture with my phone.
